ABOUT THE OWNERS

The owners of By the Dozen Dogsledding are Joe and Sherry St.Marie. We operate a kennel out of Jericho, Vermont.

I have been running, racing, raising, and training sled dogs for 14 years. It started as a hobby that evolved into a passion. I get just as much enjoyment out of playing with the dogs in the dog yard as I do running them on the trails. I am very devoted to the breed that I originally was exposed to which was Siberian Huskies.

While Dogsledding is my Passion , I make a living, as well, working for the American Red Cross and shearing sheep all over New England and New York.

I look forward to sharing my love and understanding of Dogsledding with you- Joe St.Marie

Sherry and Joe met through their love of dogs. Sherry's dog, Diesel, and Joe's eleven dogs have become the dozen dogs in "By The Dozen Dogsledding". Sherry is an instrumental part of By the Dozen Dogsledding.
